products are super sleek
and stylish but best of all
their after sales service is without question the best I
have ever encountered. When we installed our 5 bathrooms
in a new build property there were a few issues which were
speedily and efficiently dealt with. Four years on I have
just had a couple of issues, largely due to wear and tear
(in a B&B), and have received the same care. Cannot
recommend this company highly enough.
Incredibly
knowledgeable...
Part of Matki shower mixer
broke after maybe 7 years service, which was a bit
annoying but plumber told me to phone specific employee of
Matki to identify which model and part number I would
need. Fearing the worst I phoned, only to be greeted by
this incredibly knowledgeable man who swiftly identified
the model and part number, transferred me to sales, who
popped it in the post, with a pdf file of something being
e mailed same day by Mr Matki. What a legend. Service no
more than one would expect but on the other hand in this
day and age, almost unheard of. Great. Rob

liked everything about Matki
I am an Architect and have
used Matki products in five of our own houses - they must
be good! I recommend Matki and other showering products to
all my Clients - all have chosen Matki and all are very
happy with the products. I am very happy that Matki
largely manufacture in the U.K I liked everything about
Matki, the product and the people in the Company.
I find that the Matki
brochure is clear and helpful and that it gives me the
technical advice I need.

I have used Matki products
in two shower rooms at home.
Matki produce well designed, reliable, stylish shower
enclosures and fittings, which have worked well for
several years.
One instance of a problem with a shower head connection to
the shower hose was handled brilliantly well by the
after-sales team.
Matki do not offer the cheapest products, but from my
experience they are very good value for money.
I
received the part within a day...
I had reason to request the
cost of a replacement part from Matki recently. The shower
was out of warranty and apart from this minor failure (a
broken slide rail fixing - possibly due to children rather
than a defect), has provided impeccable standards. Within
a day I received the part, no cost and no questions. This
has restored my faith in quality suppliers and i'll
certainly be using them again. Well done.

Fantastic
Service for...
On 17 Dec, I sent an email
to Matki seeking their assistance in replacing a shower
door drip guard. I did not know the part number nor the
shower model number. The next working day I received a
phone call from their customer service team seeking a
little more information on the part I required, type of
shower cubicle etc. Having then successfully identified
what was needed they arranged for dispatch that day and
the part arrived by post the following day, literally 2 -3
days before Christmas. This was fantastic service for
which I am extremely grateful.
